The struggle of the first half year came to an end, and on July 26th, the company held a semi-annual work summary meeting for 2025 in Linyi, Shandong. In the complex and ever-changing market environment, the company achieved a sales volume increase of 20% compared to last year. The management level personnel of the company systematically reviewed the work of the first half year, summarized the problems existing in the work and the direction of improvement, and formulated detailed goals and implementation plans for the second half of the year.
Finally, the company's general manager, Li Bing, delivered a concluding speech. First, he affirmed the efforts and achievements made by relevant departments in the first half of the year. Faced with new market environments, he encouraged business departments to further enhance their professional skills through learning and provide full value chain support and services to customers; secondly, he required production, procurement, and quality inspection departments to strictly control quality, resolutely implement the quality management concept of 'not accepting defective products, not producing defective products, not releasing defective products', and must be zero-tolerance towards quality issues; thirdly, he hoped everyone would actively respond to and embrace reforms, grow with the company, and realize the enhancement of personal value.
The next day, we entered the donation primary school—Mengyin County Zhangtai Lianxiao Primary School with the enthusiasm and resources accumulated over half a year. From the strategic discussions in the meeting room to the resounding reading voices on campus, what changed was the scene, but what remained unchanged was Qingdao Jiuding's original intention of "giving back to society with growth"—using the results of business operations to nourish the soil of education, and making every effort a light that illuminates the future of more people.
Upon learning of the school's needs for study materials and teaching equipment, the company immediately took action to bring students backpacks, pencil boxes, notebooks, printers, speakers, and other items, contributing to the improvement of students' learning conditions.
In this charity event, the company's general manager, Li Bing, stated that the value of a company lies not only in creating benefits but also in giving back to society. "Taking from society and giving back to society" is our steadfast belief. He hopes that the students will maintain curiosity, persevere in hope, spread kindness, and face difficulties bravely.
